Group classes

All the group classes have an emphasis on ‘Core’ conditioning whilst some (such as Core Suspension and Cardio Core) also incorporate moderate to high intensity cardio.

To ensure maximum safety for participants and gain the most benefit from a class it is highly recommended that persons take at least
1 Personal Training session to acquire some of the basic principles applied for each class.This is of prime importance for persons who have any form of chronic or acute pain.
